SOFA CHICAGO 2015 Opening Night

22nd ANNUAL SOFA CHICAGO ART AND DESIGN FAIR EXPERIENCES
RAVE REVIEWS FROM GALLERIES, ARTISTS, CURATORS, AND COLLECTORS

CHICAGO (November 13, 2015)  – The Sculpture Objects Functional Art and Design Fair: SOFA CHICAGO, which took place at Navy Pier November 5-8, experienced high attendance and rave reviews from galleries, artists, curators and attendees. Throughout the Fair, aisles were full as collectors and art patrons admired unique works of art and mingled with galleries and artists. In all, over 36,000 people attended the Fair, presented by 67 established and emerging galleries from across the globe, displaying the very best in ceramics, wood, glass, fiber, jewelry, metal, and for the first-time ever, painting, photography and works on paper. Urban Expositions Makes Second Acquisition Under New Partnership with Clarion Events

Collectors and Select Art Dealers Gather in Dallas

The Houston Fine Art Fair recently hosted a reception in Dallas for an intimate group of the city’s collectors and select art dealers, in the famed Zodiac Room in Neiman Marcus, Downtown. This event was part of HFAF’s statewide promotion to invite the region’s most avid art collectors and patrons to Houston to witness the fourth edition of the fair and experience the stellar lineup of VIP events.

Guests were greeted warmly by Dallas/Houston arts patron Deborah M. Colton, who is serving as the 2014 HFAF Chairperson. HFAF Executive Director Rick Friedman announced programming plans for the 4th edition at Reliant Center on Sept.18-21. HFAF is held the third weekend in September annually and has continuously grown its audience and impact on the city with each edition. Breaks Attendance Records with Strong Sales

(Houston, TX) The organizers of the 3rd Annual Houston Fine Art Fair are pleased to announce results from the 2013 fair that took place from September 19th to September 22nd at Houston’s George R. Brown Convention Center.
